Antihistamine and Urticarial Treatment

When the weather changes, especially when entering the  rainy season.  I would be urticaria, I eat cetirizine one tablet everyday.  I try to quit drug, but symptoms do not improve.  I'm afraid of side effect of drug to the liver.  I want to be treated without medication
